NO is a word we should all come to appreciate. I mean, we mustn't always be available at all times even to ourselves. Saying or rather using the word " NO " can save you a lot of unnecessary regrets. Now why do we think we have to say YES .... simple: to save a relationship to please a friend or loved one  to have immediate gratification because the thought of waiting any longer to achieve something worthwhile is TIRESOME  peer pressure to not look bad  For one brief moment, think about that one time you said YES when a NO could have saved you one night of REGRET . I am not by any chance saying you should turn to a snub :) Start first with YOU .
