Every day we live our lives and consume quotes from "celebrities" or motivational sites that tell us things like: It's my life so I live it like I please  It's okay to be a little selfish  If it's good by you, then keep at it ...the list could go on forever. Now while all these are not bad by themselves, you have to understand that fundamentally, no man is an island. Think about it, these words didn't fall from heaven and land on the page where you found them, someone, as a result of peculiar experiences they had, wrote them and maybe they had some cool sharing power or a social media account with followers that can lay a siege on your country, so a few retweets or shares brought it your way. We could argue that no one is perfect and I would win because even as you read this, you are aware of the very little imperfections that are only known to you and God. Your life is connected to a million others around you, this connection might not be tangib...

The alarm goes wild and Janelle’s phone falls from the bed as she stretches and wearily opens her eyes one after the other.  She suddenly realizes how cold her pink-themed room is and sighs as she spots her duvet nestled to one corner of the bed, far from her reach. “Thank God I live alone,” she says as she sits up nude and lazily walks to her live-sized mirror to admire her very unique physique; her legs are as straight as the Pillars of Hercules, joined to her pelvis on which her very African hips sit. Have you ever sat and pondered on how one day,  IT will all come to an end. Go on and think about it... even the day has a night, and your sweet sixteen shoes wouldn't fit in 5 years time.  WHAT VALUES... DO YOU HOLD DEAR? In other words we wouldn't be in this world forever, so we must make our time here count for God and good as we will all give account to our creator one of these days not too far from now, when time will eventually stop.                          This is a call to reach out to the lost in this world before it is too late. Dear Gospel artiste, There really is no such thing as the  Gospel music industry . Just as there is no Rap music industry, R n B music industry, reggae music industry or Hip hop music industry. We only have " The Entertainment industry " which encapsulates everything. Each genre of music appeals to different kinds of audiences. Stop complaining that you are broke because you do gospel music. ❌ You're broke because you are empty. What are you doing about your branding? What is special about you that your audience will be willing to pay for? How does your mind work? Now, If you think you're broke because you do Gospel music(which is actually a foolish way to think), I think you need some reorientation. You're not going to heaven because you are a gospel act. You're not going to hell if you don't do gospel. You may very well still go to hell even if you sing gospel from now till forever. Just work on your brand, work on yourself, work on you...

There is actually no polite way to say write this, truth is,  MONEY DOESN'T EXIST . Okay...calm your nerves down and take a minute to just read till the end. Everybody likes to eat a nice delicious meal, but not every one likes to COOK . Most people have seen themselves playing one musical instrument or the other, but not all of them like the LEARNING PHASE . "Mum, I want to be a medical doctor." ...Most young people say...but many get FRUSTRATED out of medical school with complaints on how tedious the " reading " is. We all want to own big companies and achieve great success, but not all have the " staying-power " to endure the " start-up " phase. Point is , we all want to achieve something great in our lives but give up too soon while undergoing the process. Everybody wants it FAST .  HERE IS A BETTER WAY TO LOOK AT IT Let your passion for the END be your driving force during the PROCESS. GIVING UP OR GIVING IN IS NOT AN OPTION ... because you might just give up too soon. CHOOSE TO BE PATIENT.  IF IT IS WORTH IT, THEN IT IS WORTH FIGHTING FOR. #daretobelieve

It's funny how we get offended when people have certain views about us.  Are we always the victims? NO !!!  We also serve our own fair share to those around us. Now, I am not saying it is your fault...Our society has just shaped our minds that way. You have just grown up with all the wrong information , and our parents are kings in the art;  Mum tells you "Boys are evil, they only want to get into your pants."  Now you have this very single shallow view of every male that comes your way. "Nigerians are thieves" therefore every black man you come into contact with, whether kenyan or probably a black american; who has no idea how to spell nigeria, is a criminal . When you allow such single views cloud your mind about things and people, you stop yourself from experiencing the beauty life has to offer. PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT. THINGS CHANGE, PEOPLE DO TOO. TRY TO HAVE AN OPEN MIND ABOUT THE WORLD.               ...

Everybody wants to become successful .  Everybody wants to stand ou t.  These days people go on about how proud they are to be independent , and how independence pays off . What they fail to realize is the fact that no man is an island . You cannot become successful without people .  WE ALL NEED EACH OTHER !!!! No matter how great an architect you are, you still need an expert " independent " mechanic to fix your car when it gets bad. Even the President of the country needs an expert " independent " hairstylist/hairdresser to cut/style his/her hair. I know some people have a do it yourself policy . That's okay, but how long would they last. If we really learn to work with people, our INDEPENDENT stories would be beautiful. #onelookatyou

BUT , have you ever analyzed these words? Take a minute..... Two words come to mind. EXPERIENCE and OPINIONS People tend to give “ advice ” and make suggestions on how you should run your life based on their experiences. Truth is, we...blinded by emotions, fall prey to their OPINIONS on LIFE. Remember, all they have to offer are opinions not facts. CHOOSE CAREFULLY WHO YOU LISTEN TO.  

“ I've got this ”  “ I can take care of ME ” … your favorite words to your subconscious mind. You are always out there, somewhat available to all. A very good listener and a perfect adviser . The best part is the fact that you see people take your words and run with them; maybe a friend, colleague, relative or a perfect stranger, they swallow your words and their lives take an upward turn. Now here you are, facing a little challenge, and you think the world has come to an end or is just unfair to you. Come to think of it; you FIX others. So what are you waiting for...  FIX YOU . Didn't work right? Here is a Fun Fact... If you; being as human as you are, have the ability to fix others, it simply means you are already taken care off by the one who MADE “you” possible. Learn to let go of your cares. CAUTION : GOD AT WORK
