Every day we live our lives and consume quotes from "celebrities" or motivational sites that tell us things like: It's my life so I live it like I please  It's okay to be a little selfish  If it's good by you, then keep at it ...the list could go on forever. Now while all these are not bad by themselves, you have to understand that fundamentally, no man is an island. Think about it, these words didn't fall from heaven and land on the page where you found them, someone, as a result of peculiar experiences they had, wrote them and maybe they had some cool sharing power or a social media account with followers that can lay a siege on your country, so a few retweets or shares brought it your way. We could argue that no one is perfect and I would win because even as you read this, you are aware of the very little imperfections that are only known to you and God. You should understand that apart from just hurting someone, words move in currents; currents that could carry someone even whilst the person is not conscious of it. My point... simple... most people now find it very easy to pass hate messages through music. Some others encourage violence and immorality through their songs such that you find yourself dancing off to the beat without knowing that those words are sinking into your subconsciousness. The ladies will probably understand this and relate with it more. The world of ROMANCE has made it very cute and romantic to have a guy do a song for a lady. I wouldn't say I am innocent of that crime though 😜 . My point? Simple... Everyone appreciates being idolized, even when they do not really ask for it or even need it, be it a man, woman , boy or girl. We all have a god-like side that needs a little polishing every now and then. First off, when you take time to write or compose even just 4lines of a song for someone, it makes the receiver of the song feel: loved important worthy, amongst many others. Now like i said initially, the person most times, never asked for it nor desired such, but the memory stays; if it is a voice-note you sent he/she will probably keep it stored for a long time to come. Now, you mustn't be an award winning songwriter to pull this off. You could simply look out for songs that convey the message to the person you intend doing it for, and...

TAKE A MINUTE I know it is good to lead a lovely comfortable life. My issue with this is doing it(being comfy) at the expense of the greatness within you. People try and when they "taste"  success and face a "little" challenge, they fold , hang their boots, and decide to plough through life with the memory of "I once had" "I once was." They become COMFORTABLE !!! My advice to you : Whenever you get comfortable in a place or at a thing, always look out for what more you can do to further task yourself. Why do tomorrow , what you can do today. PROCRASTINATION REALLY NEVER HELPED ANYONE. This " not-today-mentality " has made many face life-time opportunities,  ill-prepared .  They are blinded by false hope; Hope not founded on solid truth. It's funny how we get offended when people have certain views about us.  Are we always the victims? NO !!!  We also serve our own fair share to those around us. Now, I am not saying it is your fault...Our society has just shaped our minds that way.
